1. Who this page is for
EU / EEA / UK residents have specific rights under GDPR and UK GDPR. We extend the same process to anyone who asks.
Where local law gives you stronger rights (for example California's CCPA/CPRA), those rights apply on top of what's here — see the Privacy Policy for details.
2. Controller and processor
For account data, content you submit, billing data, and product analytics, Cusnir Media SRL is the controller: we decide what is collected and why.
Our processors (auth, database, storage, AI inference, payments, analytics) act on documented instructions on our behalf and are listed in the Privacy Policy.
3. Your rights
| Right | What it means |
|---|---|
| Access | Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you. |

| Erasure ('right to be forgotten') | Ask us to delete your personal data when there is no overriding reason to keep it. |
| Restriction | Ask us to pause processing while a dispute is resolved. |
| Portability | Get your data in a structured, commonly-used, machine-readable format. |
| Objection | Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including profiling. |
| Withdraw consent | Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. |
| Complaint | Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. |
4. How to submit a request
Email vadim.kusnir@gmail.com from the address on your account with:
- Which right you are exercising.
- Enough information to locate your account.
- If acting for someone else, proof of authorization.
- Step 1SubmitSend a request to our privacy inbox.
- Step 2VerifyWe confirm it's really you, proportionate to the request.
- Step 3ProcessWe locate, export, correct or delete the relevant data.
- Step 4ConfirmWe reply in writing within statutory timelines.
5. Identity verification
We may ask you to confirm details we already hold — for example by replying from the email on your account — to make sure we don't hand your data to someone else. We will not ask for more information than we need.
6. Response timing
We respond within one month of receiving a valid request. For complex or numerous requests, we may extend by up to two further months and will tell you why within the first month.
7. Lawful bases
We rely on contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligation, and consent — as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
8. International transfers
Some processors are based outside the EEA/UK (for example in the United States). Where personal data is transferred outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and additional measures recommended by the European Data Protection Board.
9. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, then delete or anonymize it. Backup windows and AI provider retention are documented (and marked DATA NEEDED where confirmation is pending) in the Privacy Policy.
10. Automated decisions & AI
Get Text Formula runs automated processing — that's the product — but it does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. You stay in the loop: you trigger the analysis, you decide what to keep, what to share, and what to delete.
11. Complaint to a supervisory authority
You can complain to your local data protection authority. In the EU, a list is published by the European Data Protection Board. In the UK, that authority is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). We'd appreciate the chance to address concerns first at vadim.kusnir@gmail.com.
