Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Get Text Formula, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use Get Text Formula. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Tell us right away at vadim.kusnir@gmail.com if your account is compromised.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You may use Get Text Formula to analyze text you have the right to process, extract reusable structural formulas, generate new writing based on those structures, and store the results in your private library.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to process.
• Use the service to clone, plagiarize, or impersonate another author or brand.
• Generate disinformation, harassment, hateful content, sexual content involving minors, or anything illegal.
• Reverse engineer the service, scrape it at scale, or bypass rate limits and security controls.
• Resell, white-label, or expose the service as your own without a written agreement.
• Submit confidential personal data, payment card data outside checkout, health records, or other special-category data.

• You keep ownership of everything you submit.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to run the service for you (analyze it, store it, return results, send it to the AI provider for inference).
• This license ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to short backup retention.
• You confirm you have the right to submit the content and to grant this license.

• You own the outputs the product generates for you, to the extent the law allows ownership of AI-generated material.
• Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or stylistically off. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish or send to a client.
• Outputs are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
• We do not guarantee that an output is original to your work or unrelated to outputs delivered to other users — structurally similar prompts can produce structurally similar drafts.

Paid plans are processed by Stripe. The current plans, prices, and quotas are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel from your account.

• Taxes are added where required by law.
• We may change prices with reasonable notice before your next renewal.

To keep the product fast and affordable, we apply rate limits, per-account quotas, and automated abuse detection. We may temporarily slow or pause an account that triggers these protections and reach out to confirm legitimate use.

The Get Text Formula name, brand, software, prompts, and product design are owned by Cusnir Media SRL. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond using the service as described.

Get Text Formula relies on third-party processors (auth, database, storage, AI inference, payments, analytics, email). Their availability and changes can affect the service. See the Privacy Policy for the current list.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if your usage exposes the service or other users to material risk. Sections that should reasonably survive termination do.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cusnir Media SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100.

You agree to defend and indemnify Cusnir Media SRL against third-party claims arising from content you submit in breach of these Terms — for example, content that infringes someone else's rights or violates applicable law.

These Terms are governed by Republic of Moldova. Disputes will be resolved by Courts of the Republic of Moldova, with prior good-faith negotiation by email. Nothing here removes your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in your local courts where local law requires it.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you in the product or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the changes.
